Here is your start for a restro build.

Since you will never cast HT unless coupled with natures swiftness there is no need for naturalist.

You can take this two ways, either pure PVE or PVP. Pure PVE get Imp Tranquility and Empowered touch and whatever else you wish.

But you can do some really annoying work in arena if you spec feral up to feral charge with the remaining talents

Personally, for resto 2v2, i skip tree form and focus on things to save my ass while I'm slowly dealing damage to the enemy. Tranquil is a waste for 2v2 to. Now that I'm typing this, I feel it doesn't quite fit here, but this is the resto druid post.

Yes tranquil would be pointless talents in pvp,
tree form would be personal preference. increase heals over increased abilities, kinda personal preference. But this is suppose to be raid heals, then with the remaining talents allow you to dabble in other things you like.

For me personally I would pvp as restro/feral. they seem to work very well together for me.
I would roll something like this if i did pure pvp.

The build is nice for PvP, but what about the last 10 points?

I'm just a pain like that... :P

Life - I personally put three points into Natural Shapeshifter for mana efficiency when decursing (since it knocks you out of tree every time you do it). I also threw two points into tranquility (Tyler suggested that it would probably be helpful in later raids when there are more 'oh shit' moments and raid-wide damage). The rest don't really matter, but I put them in Empowered Touch (I personally use this skill in dire situations coupled with Nature's Swiftness. Comes especially in handy while instancing, so the extra healing is nice), then threw the rest in Balance for help in PvP (Not a lot, clearly, but Nature's Grasp 100% proc is nice).

Best spec for resto pvp hands-down is 11/11/39. I'll find a talent editor layout later and lay out the points.
